Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Aidely offers paid subscription plans that provide access to AI-powered expense receipt processing and related features.

Subscription plans may include:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions
• Pay-as-you-go processing credits

Available plans, pricing and features are displayed within the Aidely application and may be updated from time to time.

2. Subscription Benefits

Depending on your selected plan, your subscription may include:

• AI-powered receipt extraction
• Google Drive integration
• Google Sheets integration
• Receipt organisation
• Processing allowances
• Customer support
• Access to new features available under your subscription tier

Subscription features may vary between plans.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Renewal charges will be processed using your selected payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.

5. Pay-As-You-Go Charges

Certain services may be billed separately under a pay-as-you-go pricing model.

Additional charges may apply when:

• your included receipt processing allowance has been exceeded;
• optional premium processing features are used;
• additional processing credits are purchased.

Current pricing is displayed before charges are incurred.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

• access to paid features may be temporarily suspended;
• we may retry the payment using Stripe;
• subscriptions may be cancelled if payment remains unsuccessful.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with outstanding unpaid balances.

7. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their Aidely account settings.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals.

After cancellation:

• your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period;
• no additional subscription fees will be charged unless you subscribe again.

Deleting your Aidely account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You should cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future renewals.

8. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law:

• all subscription fees are non-refundable;
• all pay-as-you-go charges are non-refundable;
• partially used subscription periods are not refunded;
• unused processing allowances or credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refunds will not be provided due to:

• change of mind;
• accidental purchases;
• failure to use the Service;
• dissatisfaction where the Service operates substantially as described;
• cancellation during an active billing period.

9. Exceptional Refunds

Pixels Magic Limited may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

• duplicate payments;
• billing errors;
• technical issues that prevented the purchased service from being provided.

Approval of such refunds is entirely at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Price Changes

We may revise subscription pricing from time to time.

Where practical, existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice before revised pricing takes effect.

Continued use of Aidely after the new pricing becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

From time to time, Aidely may offer:

• free trials;
• promotional pricing;
• introductory offers;
• discount campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
• promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period;
• normal pricing applies after the promotion ends.

12. Taxes

Subscribers are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.

Where required by law, applicable taxes will be added during checkout.

13. Payment Security

Aidely uses Stripe to securely process payments.

Pixels Magic Limited does not store:

• payment card numbers;
• card verification values (CVV);
• payment passwords;
• complete payment credentials.

Payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe's security standards.

14. Service Availability

Subscription fees provide access to Aidely but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• scheduled maintenance;
• software updates;
• internet connectivity issues;
• third-party service interruptions;
• events beyond our reasonable control.

Such interruptions do not normally qualify for refunds.

15. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service:

• remaining subscription fees are non-refundable;
• unused processing credits are forfeited;
• access to paid features immediately ends.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Subscription & Refund Policy from time to time.

The latest version will always be available within Aidely.

Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
