When you sign up with your Google Account, your Google Drive is automatically connected.
Folder structure
Files are organised by year and month: Aidely Receipts Scanner / 2026 / 07-July / RCP-YYYYMMDD-NNNN.jpg
File Management
All files are automatically synced and stored in Google Drive, we recommend not editing or deleting folders and files manually, to prevent data loss.
If you delete a file from Google Drive, only the receipt image is deleted — it won't affect the receipt data recorded in Sheets or the App.
